Pizza Cheeseburgers
Ingredients:
Patty Ingredients:
1 1/2lbs Organic Lean Ground Beef
3 Tbsp Mozzarella Cheese Diced very small
10 Slices of Pepperoni Diced very small
1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
1 tsp Ketchup
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
pinch of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
pinch of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Toppings:
1 Slice of Mozzarella Cheese for each patty
1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese for each patty
1 Slice of Pepperoni for each patty
1/4 Cup Diced Pepperoncinis
1/2 Cup Saute'ed Onions
Directions:
In a medium bowl combine all patty ingredients. Form into 6 balls, and then press out into patties. Preheat a frying pan over mdeium heat, and cook first side for about 2 minutes. Flip burger, and place cheese, pepperoni, and pepperoncinis on top of the patty. Cover and allow to cook for 1 more minute. Top with Saute'ed onions, and serve on a toasted hamburger bun.

Artichoke Heart, Sundried Tomatoes,
& Mozzarella Pizza -
Ingredients:
1 Batch of Piza Dough - Recipe Below
Sauce - "for 1 pizza"
1 Tbsp Butter Melted
1 tsp Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Garlic Clove Minced very fine
Mix ingredients together in a bowl, and allow to rest while preparing your pizza. Right before putting on your toppings brush sauce over the inner crust. Use only as much as you need to lightly cover the dough. (by inner part, I mean the part of the crust that is going to hold the toppings.)
Topping
1/4 Cup Artichoke Hearts Chopped
1/4 Cup Sundried Tomatoes Chopped Small
1/3 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
3/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Diced into small cubes
Additional Optional Toppings
A Couple Black Olives sliced up
1/4 Onion sliced thin and Saute'ed
4 Button Mushrooms sliced thin and Saute'ed
Combine Artichokes, sundried tomatoes, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese together in a bowl. Once pizza dough is covered in sauce, top with cheese mixture, then top the pizza with the olives, onions, and mushrooms.
Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
4 1/2 Cups Bread Flour "plus some for dusting"
3/4 Cups warm water
1 package instant yeast
1 Cup Room temp. water
1/2 tsp Salt
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Honey
Directions: In a large mixing bowl add 4 and 1/2 cups flour, and salt. In a separate bowl add 3/4 cup warm water and yeast. Allow the yeast to grow for about 5 minutes. After the yeast has grown add 1 cup of room temp. water, olive oil, and honey. Mix the wet ingredients together. In your mixing bowl slowly add the water, you can do this by stirring or in a stand mixer with a paddle attachment. Once all the ingredients are combine, either switch to a dough attachment or if not using a mixer pour out onto a floured surface and knead. Either way you should knead the dough for about 5 minutes. Once the dough has formed an elastic ball place in a greased bowl and allow to rise for 1-2 hours. Push the dough down in the middle, and then pour onto a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and then roll out into the pizza crust.
**** To get a really tasty crispy outer crust, melt 1 TBSP of butter in a bowl, and using a basting brush cover the outer crust of the pizza. Then you can sprinkle a little garlic powder, italian seasoing, or salt over the butter to make a very tasty crust! ****
Cajun Alfredo Sauce "Over Raviolis"
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Onion Diced Small
1 tsp Butter
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Sundried tomatoes in sauce, diced very small
1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 Garlic Clove Minced
1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 TBSP Artichoke Hearts diced small (optional)
Directions:
In a small sauce pan heat 1 tsp of olive oil, when warm saute onions. Once onions are translucent add butter to the pan, and whipping cream. On low/medium heat bring to a light boil, and then reduce heat to low. Now, add the remainder of the ingredients and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes so the flavors can come together. Do not boil it, and be sure to stir often. Now pour over pasta, or raviolis.

Corndog
Ingredients -
8 Hot dogs (we use Organic Beef ones)
Oil for Deep Fryer or Sauce pan
3/4 cups Corn Meal
1 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
pinch Salt
1 tsp Honey
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk
Directions:
In a Electric mixer place all dry ingredients and mix together on low speed. Now in a small bowl add the wet ingredients and mix together, then pour in with the dry ingredients and mix on low/med speed until combine.
Preheat oil in a sauce pan or deep fryer to about 350 degrees. Pat hot dogs dry and insert a wooden skewer in the bottom (I used thicker kabob sticks). Dip into your batter and twirl until the entire hotdog is covered. Continue to twirl the hotdog as you move it over to the oil.(if you dont the batter will begin to drip towards the bottom) As you dip it into the hot oil continue to rotate it so that it cooks evenly and the batter stays even on the hot dog. Just twirl it slowly. "my kids said just like when you are cooking a perfect marshmallow. ;) ha!" Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown..
Pat dry with a paper towel and allow to cool a bit.

Super Light & Fluffy Pancakes
Ok so, I am so excited about this recipe. I have been working on this for months to get a pancake that is light and fluffy and FINALLY we have it!!!
Ingredients:
Wet Ingredients -
1 Egg - Seperated into white & yolk
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 1/4 Cups Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
Dry Ingredients -
1 1/4 Cups All Purpose Unbleached Flour (king arthur)
1 1/2 TBSP Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
Directions:
In an electric mixer whip the egg white until peaks form (this is a very important step!). Once whipped add the remainder of the wet ingredients and on low mix together for about 15 seconds. In a small bowl combine dry ingredients, then turn your mixer on low and add the dry ingredients. Mix on medium speed for about 30 seconds. Push down the sides with a Spatula if needed. Preheat a skillet over medium heat when hot, use a ladel and pour a scoop full of batter into the pan, when it begins to bubble flip. Enjoy!

Chili Nachos
Ingredients:
1 Bag Tortilla Chips
2-3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Can Cooked Nalleys Chili
1/4 of Green Pepper Sliced thing and Saute'ed
1/4 Onion Sliced Thin and Saute'ed
** Extras - Diced Onions, Salsa, Queso, Sour Cream
Directions:
Place chips on a microwave safe plate, top with shredded cheese. Microwave for about 30 seconds. Top with cooked chili, more cheese, and any other toppings you would like!
