Fried Rice -

Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cups Cooked Cold Rice
1 Green Onion chopped
2 TBSP Peas
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 tsp Oyster Sauce
2 Eggs
About 2 TBSP of Olive Oil Total

Directions: Cook rice per package directions. Allow to cool. Chop onions.  Heat a wok or frying pan over medium heat with  2 tsp of olive oil in it.  Scramble your eggs in it and then place into a bowl. Now, put 1-2 TBSP of Olive oil into the pan and allow to get hot.  Place your rice into the pan, cook for about 3 mintues stirring it.  Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, onions, and peas into the pan. Cook for about 1 minute and then add cooked eggs.  Stir to warm and then serve.

*You can add, cooked chopped chicken, pork, or other vegetables too.
