Hello everyone! My name is Shannan, I am the mother of 4 amazing children. I am very devoted to my family/kids, and I spend most of my days figuring out what fun things I can do with them next, or cleaning up after their messes. ; ) I love to try new recipes, learn new things, and save money! But, most of all I LOVE spending time with my kiddos! I am currently going to school to finish up my pre req's, so that I can apply for the RN program. I have known for several years now that I wanted to work in the health field, but recently I have narrowed it down because of my deep compassion for pediatric oncology, because of our daughter being diagnosed with Leukemia in September of 2010. Previous to begining school, I co-operated Fisknat Landing Nets with my father. This was a truly wonderful experience. I still work for him, what I like to call part time, but several hours a week to help him, and get me a little extra cash! Because, I helped him build the company its hard for me to let it go, it will always be apart of me. I have 4 kids who right now are; Jerrin 7 years old, Cathan 5 years old, Dryden 3 years old, and Mila 9 months old. Our family has faced many struggles, but with the help of God always comes out on top. My fiance, Casey, and I have been together for 5 years in April, and in my opinion blessed to have each other in our lives. We bring out the qualities in one another that were lacking before. I plan to begin homeschooling the 3 oldest kids next school year, because of my dissatisfaction with the school districts around here, and my want to bring religion into their curriculum.
